Geez Adam! As you know I am a newbie and my nightly workout is your warmup? Thanks for the share, I'll get there( PB 40 yds in a pool no fins going into 4th week), I do 10 25 yds sprints, one breath, now 10 times. I'm learning to relax more and not to get so anxious towards the finish.

    Awesome video Adam! Question:
1 – Can I train by my own for competitions, or I need a club?
2 – Does the competitions require anything special? I have PADI freediver certificate

Great video as always!! You were discussing training tables in your video, O2 tables, etc. Is there a basic format that we can use to build our own tables to meet our goals? What are different ways you approach setting them up? Thanks, happy diving!

Just a quick question, how come you're packing when ur not doing any depth dives. I thought the only real point in packing was to make ur residual depth deeper so it's easy to equalise?

Nice video, you're always smiling and in a good spirit! Do you do any other type of cardio beside the rowing machine? Did you measure your VO2max level on a regular basis?

Those moves though when you are doing crossfit… Maybe try to do them more precise with better technique rather than doing them as fast as you can:)

Hi Adam I have to ask, have you ever had a student on your diving school that had submechanophobia (didn’t know it was a thing…)? Anyways i have dived submerged ship a few times it wasn’t as comfortable as i thought it would be and if you know if there is a way to get rid of it it would be greatly appreciated!

So intressting inside of your dayly routines. thanxs. I wonder that you are doing lung packing for 25m distance, this is neither relaxing and risky. You shouldn t pack in the pool! Take care.
